Mildred Tolentino
More than 20 years of experience in project and program management, design and construction
Diverse range of projects including: Commercial Interiors, Ground Ups, Retail, Residential, Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Education.
Mildred has worked for major project management firms in NYC such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, Trammell Crow. Earlier in her career Mildred worked as a project architect for Leclere Associates.
Mildred possess great people skills, she is an expert in building effective teams and delivering best project results.
She combines her architecture education and project management skills in all her projects.
She is a wizard when it comes to tight project schedules by figuring out how to simultaneously execute many tasks in parallel.
She is an expert in baseline schedule development & resource allocation, financial planning, forecasting, and cost reductions strategies
LEED experience with completion of several LEED projects from Gold to Certified.

Odette Rose
Odette has extensive experience in facilities management and corporate services operations, leading various size projects. She brings a diverse range of experience to her role, with past private sector experience in space planning and buildouts, construction, and lease management. Her current responsibilities include leading the Strategic Planning and Operations for the company, such as HR, Marketing and New Business Development Pursuits, Financial Oversight and back-office operations.
Luis Zuniga
Luis is a motivated and dedicated young professional with nearly 10 years’ experience in administrative roles and client facing positions. He is a great communicator with the ability to deliver a high standard of work under pressure. In his current role as operations analyst, he oversees the book-keeping and other operational functions of M To-Pros. He is multi-faceted, diverse, independent thinker and is also fluent in English and Spanish.
